How the TikTok integration works

Connecting your TikTok account

When a seller chooses to connect their TikTok account (via TikTok Login Kit), YumCycle requests only the minimum information needed to build their public live order page:

  • open_id — links your TikTok and YumCycle seller accounts.
  • display_name — shown as the heading on your live order page.
  • avatar_url — shown as your profile picture so customers recognise who is cooking.
  • username — used to build your personalised order link, yumcycle.com/live/[username], which you paste into your TikTok bio.

YumCycle does not access your videos, statistics, followers, or messages, and never posts on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time, which deletes this data within 30 days. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
